Refund Policy

1. The Guarantee Window
Every Horse Boost package purchased on horseboosthealth.com is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. The window opens on the purchase date shown on your order confirmation and closes 60 calendar days later. Requests received after the window closes cannot be processed.
2. The Use Requirement
The guarantee is a fair-trial guarantee: we ask that you use Horse Boost as directed for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. This mirrors the manufacturer's published terms and reflects how the formula works.
3. Starting A Refund
Email support@horseboosthealth.com with your order number and the word refund in the subject line. Within 1 business day you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA can be delayed.
4. The Return Shipment
Ship all bottles from the order, opened, empty, or sealed, to the address provided. Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service; the refund clock starts when the parcel reaches our warehouse.
5. The Refund Itself
We refund the full product price of the package to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. Original outbound shipping fees, where charged, are not refundable. There are no restocking fees. Depending on your card issuer, the credit can take one to two statement cycles to appear.
6. Digital Items
The digital guides included with 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages remain yours after a refund; nothing needs to be deleted or returned.
7. Limits
The guarantee applies to purchases made on horseboosthealth.com only, and to one claim per customer and household. Product bought from any other source is not covered, because we cannot verify it.
